Blouse is gathered at the top with elastic neckline and sleeve openings and stretchy jersey waist with a plastic side zipper. Sailor style shorts with self fabric buttons and flap closure. Star fabric is polyester and polka dot a stretchy 88% cotton 12% elastane blend.
