1980s - early 90s burgundy silk shantung dress by Romeo Gigli for Callaghan. Bulbous shape with a banded hem. Drop shoulders. Close cut collar. Pearly gray buttons down the front. Band at bottom can be pulled up to hips and be worn as a shorter dress on size xs / s person.
