Chartreuse chiffon 1930s inspired dress with applique bows and puff sleeves by Norma Kamali. Sheer. Features a ruched bodice, nip waist and full skirt. Metal hook and eye closure at back of collar and side of bodice. Feels like silk. Sleeves lined in white tulle.
