Late 1990s - early 2000s "Alterations" Jacket by Moschino Cheap & Chic. Sewn in sewing kits at the bottom. Visible stitching, raw edge mesh trim. Lightly padded shoulders. Fabric covered metal snap closures.  52% rayon 48% acetate with cotton mesh and 60% acetate 40% rayon lining.
