1980s Navy blue mixed print silk blouse by Koos Van Den Akker. Glorious balloon sleeves with elastic shirring at the cuffs. Ties at neck and waist. Metal snaps and hook & eye closure at the side. Unlined. Semi-sheer at the sleeves.
