Condition: Great! - elastic at band in sleeves has lost it's stretch. It's sewn into layers of fabric so would not be easy to remove. I find that the sleeves look great as they are and have decided not to replace. - A couple tiny rust colored spots on bottom of skirt that blend in with the print.
