Gorgeous chartreuse pleated blouse with bell Sleeves by Gucci. Bateau neckline. Wide bell sleeves. Elastic waist with thin leather tie. Pullover style.100% silk made in Italy. Most likely from late 1990s - early 2000s Tom Ford era but I could not find runway photos.
