Spectacular 1940s rainbow striped dress by McMullen for Lord & Taylor Sport Shop. Fitted bodice with a fold over banded bust that ties at the back. Nip waist. Extremely full tiered skirt with hip pockets. Metal zipper at the side. Unlined. Medium weight cotton.

Condition: Great! - Some fading and a couple small stains and holes that get entirely lost in the volume - Frayed stripe at the bottom of the skirt back with a fusible - A few faint spots on the bodice - Has been freshly cleaned, has a lingering Lavender detergent sent.
