Absolutely gorgeous 1980s dress by Victor Costa. Gorgeous crisp cotton fabric in a striped chevron pattern. Dramatic cross halter straps, keyhole neckline, bust darts, nip waist and a voluminous skirt with a layer of tulle. The bodice is lined in a cotton & poly blend and has boning for structure. Fastens with a plastic side zipper and hook & eye closures. 1980s does 1950s at its best!
