1990s Organza Dress

1990s does 1930s sheer cream organza dress. Cap sleeves pretty rosette accents, tie waist and a fluid bias cut skirt. Sheer, will require a slip. Fabric is unlabeled, feels like silk.

-faint stain on collar and one on skirt
