1980s black lace dress with velvet ribbon trim. Fitted bodice with puffed shoulders, long tapered sleeves, a drop waist and full tiered skirt. Fabric feels synthetic, not labeled. Fully lined. Plastic back zipper. Snaps at cuffs.
