1980s - early 90s black cocktail dress with a beaded gold lamé classical medallion motif neckline by Carolyne Roehm. Drop waist bodice with a full pleated skirt - reminiscent of a 1920s Robe de Style silhouette. Fastens with plastic zipper and metal hook and eye closures at the back. Fabric unlabeled, bodice feels like cashmere with rayon lining and the skirt feels like silk taffeta with layer of tulle and acetate.
