1970s Balloon Sleeve Mixed Print Dress

1970s, early 80s mixed print balloon sleeve dress with quilted bodice. V-neck, empire waist and a full skirt. Pullover style. Elastic at wrists and sides of waist. Fabric feels like rayon.
