1980s lilac plisse dress by Mary McFadden. Pullover style with a v-neckline and tiered skirt. Cinch to fit with an extra long braided belt with gold tone metal accents that can be wrapped in a variety of ways. Pleated, light and airy Arnel jersey (a cellulose based synthetic fabric similar to rayon).
