1960s navy blue dress by Jeremy designed by Alan Phillips. Large bow at the collar, fitted bodice, full skirt with ruffled hem and slit at front. Substantial fabric, feels like silk blend, possibly synthetic. Plastic zipper at the back and hook & eye closures at the at collar.
