1960s - early 70s gingham dress with puff sleeves and playful trim by Les Elles Betty Carol. Elastic at sleeves, can be worn on / off the shoulder. Two self fabric buttons and a hook & eye at the back of the bodice and a snap at the skirt. Fabric feels like a medium - heavy weight cotton, unlabeled. Skirt lined in white acetate.
