1930s Peach Chiffon Puff Sleeve Dress

Late 1930s peach chiffon dress with puff sleeves, a gathered bodice and banded waist with velvet and metal studded applique. Attached waist ties. Fabric covered metal zipper at the side. Feels like rayon.

- fraying on velvet appliques 
- Binding partially separated at sleeve opening
