Late 1930s - early 40s dream dress in cream chiffon with contrasting printed floral and the most exquisite balloon sleeves. Wear on or off the shoulder with adjustable tie neckline. Attached slip. Self fabric buttons at the cuffs. Interior grosgrain waistband with boning and hook & eye closures at the side, hook & eye closures on the dress and a metal zipper on the slip.

Condition: Good! A delicate garment to be handled and worn with care. Presents Beautifully. Please examine photos carefully as all sales are final. - Some areas where chiffon is tearing away at top of waistband. Since the fabric is bloused here, it's not noticed when wearing - Some scattered holes, mostly on the sleeves / armpits. - Silk feels slightly dry to touch but is still fairly sturdy considering age. - The color has some age to it, with scattered faint stains throughout. - Tear at armpit just above zipper - A little stitching coming out at gathering on waistband
