1920s Velvet Fringe Top

1920s black velvet shop with a fringed hemline. Pullover style with no closures. Most likely was originally part of a two piece dress set.

Condition: Good!
- Some light wear and balding to the velvet
- gathered stitching coming out at the shoulders. Decorative, does not effect wear.
