1970s dusty pink paisley print dress by Marimekko. Full through the body with gentle gathering at the yolk that creates beautiful drape. High fitted collar, long cuffed sleeves and hip pockets. Fastens with metal buttons down the front. A soft medium weight cotton (85%) with a touch of viscose (15%) that feels like flannel. Looks great worn as a dress or open as a duster. Thoroughly modern and simultaneously reminiscent of an antique work dress or nightgown
