1990s Victorian inspired waistcoat by Angela Holmes. Self fabric buttons down the front.  Cotton outer with  viscose lining.

Condition: Great!
- Some extremely minor faint discoloration around edges of armpits and collar and at inside of collar. Nothing that will be noticed when wearing.
