1980s Navy Blue Dress | Victor Costa

1980s - early1990s navy blue dress with a full skirt and crossed straps by Victor costa. Hip pockets. Boning at the sides of the bodice. Black tulle underskirt. Plastic zipper at the back. Crisp 75% polyester 25% cotton blend. So gorgeous a dress to wear for many year for many special occasions!

Condition: Great! 
- A couple small stains on the skirt that get lost in the volume 
- Large tear repaired at tulle lining. Does not effect wear.
