1980s madras dress with puff sleeves and a contrasting bodice / trim by Matti Sport. Attached self fabric ties at back of waist. Semi full skirt with hip pockets. Buttons at bodice and sleeve openings. Hook and eye closure at top of skirt. Soft cotton. Made in India.
