1980s Floral Puff Sleeve Top

1980s - early 90s  floral print top with off the shoulder puff sleeves a sweetheart neckline and a peplum waist. Pellon lining at sleeves for structure. Partial plastic zipper at the back.

Note: Zipper only goes to waist, fully open it measures 31", must be able pull over bust to fit
