Incredible voluminous brown overskirt with a wide lace waistband circa 1980s - early 90s. Single metal hook & eye closure. No labels but obviously designer, Oscar de la Renta comes to mind! Still has original Rich's department store tag. Fabric feels like silk, unlabeled.
