1980s Black Halter Dress | Victor Costa

Absolutely gorgeous 1980s Halter dress by Victor Costa. Crossed straps, keyhole neckline, bust darts, nip waist and a full skirt with hip pockets. Boning at the sides of the bodice and an attached layer of pink tulle at the skirt. Fastens with a plastic zipper and hook & eye closures at the back. Crisp 52% nylon 48% polyester blend.
