1980s Black Halter Dress | Unlabeled Victor Costa

Gorgeous black 1980s halter dress attributed to Victor Costa. Features crossed straps, keyhole neckline, bust darts, nip waist and a full skirt with hip pockets. Boning at the sides of the bodice. Fastens with a plastic zipper and hook & eye closures at the back. Fabric most likely a cotton and synthetic blend.

Bodice: Undefined. Approximately 15.5"  Armpit to waist: 8.5" 
Hips: Full
Waist to Hem: 32" 

Condition: Great!
-  Lining has been mostly removed and the dress is missing the label. Fraying interior seams. See photos. 
- Hand sewn seam reinforcement at back of waist.
