1980s Velvet Celestial Dress

1980s black velvet dress with gold celestial sequin and beaded embellishment. Features a V-neck, scoop back, padded shoulders, long tapered sleeves and fitted skirt with a back slit. Plastic zipper at the side. Velvet feel like rayon, no stretch.
