1970s White Eyelet & Lace Off The Shoulder Dress

Romantic 1970s tiered white eyelet and lace dress with a ruffled on / off the shoulder neckline and balloon sleeves. Wear loose and flowing or cinched at the waist with the self fabric sash. Pullover style. Elastic at collar and wrists. Fabric unlabeled, feels like a polyester and cotton blend. Will require a slip.
