1970s Pierre Cardin Dress / 70s Chiffon Sequin Evening Gown

1970s black chiffon halter dress with a sequin banded bodice accented with a large red poppy by Pierre Cardin. Sleep minimal cut with a high round neckline and daring low back. Long skirt, fuller at the back. Ties at the neck and fastens at the sequin band with metal snaps and hook & eye closures. Semi sheer double layers of chiffon, fabric is unlabeled but feels like rayon.

Waist: undefined. approx. 27" - 30"

Hips: 44"

Length: 51.5" at the front / 54" to longest part at back

Note: sequin band is too small for the dress form and has been pinned to show fit. The poppy will hit at the center of the back on the proper size.

Condition: Excellent!
- Some minor wear to the sequins
- A few very faint marks on the inside of the bodice, will not be noticeable when wearing.
- Fraying at the edges of the poppy
