1970s flutter Sleeve Dress | Gina Fratini

Gorgeous 1970s blue and cream striped dress with flutter sleeves by Gina Fratini. Square neckline, empire bodice, attached waist ties and a full skirt with a ruffled hem. Plastic zipper and hook & eye at the back. Fabric feels like lightweight cotton with acetate lining.

Condition: Good! Freshly Dry Cleaned
- A few small holes (3-4) at the back of the bodice
- Rust spot at the waist
- Small tear at the hem
- Label frayed and had to be sewn back in
