1970s Black Plise Halter Dress | Halston IV

1970s - early 80s black jersey plisse halter dress by Halston IV. Extra long ties that can be worn in a variety of ways. Full though the body with elastic at back of bodice. Also has a Saks Fifth Avenue and Dorian labels. 100% arnel triacetate.

Length: 53" not including straps 

Condition: Great! 
- Some wear to straps including a small tear and seam reinforcement.
- Some scattered small holes on skirt, largest pictured. Nothing noticed when wearing.
