1970s Balloon Sleeve Dress

1970s sheer black dress with balloon sleeves and lace panels. Bloused bodice, elastic waist with self fabric sash and full skirt. Pullover style with self fabric button closure at front of collar and cuffs. . Sheer, will require a slip. Fabric feels like rayon, unlabeled.
