1960s Strapless Black Ruffled Dress | Rappi

1960s black party dress with a strapless velvet bodice and tiered chiffon skirt by Rappi. Fabric feels like rayon, fully lined with boning at the bodice and stiff mesh at the hem. Fastens at the back with a metal zipper and hook & eye closure.
