1950s two piece gown by designer to the Hollywood stars Irene Lentz. The stunning bodice piece is done in cream and beige chiffon with an asymmetrical cut, elaborate rhinestone and bead embellishment and a dramatic sweep of chiffon at the left side. It fastens with metal hooks at the shoulder.
This listing is primarily for the top, the gown is visibly distressed and being sold AS IS.
The strapless dress has a boned interior bodice and beige lining. It fastens at the back with a metal zipper and snaps. Labeled Irene Exclusively for Neiman-Marcus

The overlay top is in great condition with just some minor splits that are barely noticed even upon close examination and a few flipped rhinestones. It has not been cleaned and has discoloration at the interior and rust on the hook & eye closures. Please see photos.
The dress is visibly distressed. The armpits are stained and the fabric is torn and shattering all the way to the bottom layer. This is mostly covered by the top but still visible when wearing. There is staining on the interior of the bodice. A few faint stains and some pink spots on the skirt. Has not been cleaned. Please see photos
