1950s Bubble Hem Dress

Absolutely gorgeous 1950s black taffeta dress with off the shoulder sleeves and a bubble hem skirt. Fitted bodice with draped detail, elastic arm-stay on left sleeve. Fastens with a metal zipper and snaps at the back. Interior grosgrain waist stay and boning at front of the bodice for support. Layer of tulle adds volume in skirt. Crisp taffeta fabric, feels like silk but unlabeled. No labels, but original store tag attached to inside of skirt. So beautifully constructed.

Condition: Excellent! Dry cleaned and ready to wear.

- Elastic has been replaced in left sleeve. Elastic arm stay missing from right sleeve.
